Design Architecture

We work directly with the world’s most creative architects,
interweave them with artists and collaborate exhuberantly with the team challenging each of them to produce the magnum opus of their fabled careers. Our experience with Philip Johnson, the Dean of American architects and designer of the MoMA Sculpture Garden and I.M. Pei who created the breath taking addition to the Louvre has taught us to be inspired just as a great artist would be.

The New York Times described our building The Metropolitan as ‘A concrete angel rising above Third Avenue’ and while we enjoy lofty criticism from the press, we live for our actual owners telling us they love their/our building. We regard them as the collectors of our art and their fine tastes and opinions are our motivation.
